The 2013 Central Division
Tournament dates and registration information flyer is posted
below. Our events are fully insured and are open to all teams
regardless of affiliation (USAV, JVA, AAU, etc.). We want our
events to remain a viable option to all clubs/teams regardless
of the association they choose. Please

Central Division Tournament Series Dates and Registration
Information
VERY IMPORTANT NOTES FOR
COACHES/DIRECTORS: For the upcoming Central
Division Events at Illini Elite you will need to have
medical waivers and release of liability for all players
participating.
If you are using JVA
Insurance please make sure that your club is registered with
the JVA and has all the forms on
allplayers.com or
with the coach.
If you are not using JVA
insurance, each coach will need to have each players' medical
forms on hand the entire time during the tournament. The USAV medical forms are acceptable if you are a USAV
registered club. Each coach will then have to sign the JVA
Event Sign-In Form stating that all players/parents have
filled out the JVA Release of Liability form. You will not
turn these forms in, but the coaches will sign a form
stating they have them all. You can download a copy of the
